What does City Wide require from businesses that we work with?

  • Your business is an LLC or Incorporated

  • You have General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation

  • You maintain at least three commercial contracts outside of City Wide [For Janitorial Services]

  • You have an EIN to complete a W-9

Form an LLC or incorporate your business, then register with the State!

Obtain Commercial Insurance

Its a good idea to be covered in general, but City Wide requires it.

Get your numbers!

Make sure to get your Federal and State Tax ID numbers... you will need these to open a bank account, hire employees, fill out a W-9, and more.

Gather your supplies

Make sure you have professional supplies to get the job done BEST.

Open a bank account

City Wide cannot make a check out to a personal bank account.

*Choose a bank with low fees and good benefits!

Consider:

Minimum balance and transaction fees as well as interest rates
