Mike Castrignano
Director of Operations

Mike Castrignano joined City Wide Facility Solutions in 2018 as a Facility Solutions Manager. As an FSM, Mike was named to the Achiever’s Club in consecutive years. He has a strong detail-orientation with emphasis on process improvement to ensure standards are met, clients stay happy, and remain with us for the long term. Mike was promoted to Director of Operations in 2021 and, in addition to overseeing his own roster of key accounts, he oversees his team of FSMs and Night Operations Support staff in central Maryland.  Prior to City Wide, Mike assisted in operating a baseball training center of 400+ players helping some of the top East Coast talents prepare for college placement. In his free time, Mike enjoys camping, biking, baseball, and Dallas Cowboys football.
