City Wide is searching for experienced janitorial and general maintenance contractors who are looking for another way to grow their existing business by providing new, high quality accounts while never restricting your ability to seek work independently!

Professional Orientation
Your City Wide contact will show you the account. They will also review the client’s needs with you and provide you with all building details. This includes alarms and locations of key items. This will help you to get the job done. Your City Wide contact will meet you at the account help with any issues. They can also advise on workloading the building if needed. We work as a team, so we all win!
We Handle the Sales
The City Wide team is trained and motivated to sell. We have a high closing ratio, meaning more business for you! Our desired building is over 20,000 square feet. We prefer buildings cleaned five days per week. Most of these are put out to bid and are closed with a long process. We do the sales, proposal, and closing for you! This takes considerable administrative and sales time that you don’t need to worry about.
Facility Services Management
City Wide provides the customer service. We handle the client’s questions or concern(s) and call you only if necessary. Your City Wide contact understands you work late and will consider this before calling you early in the morning. We also will help you before there are complaints. Your City Wide contact will check to make sure everything is done to the client’s wishes. Most accounts are reviewed at least once per month. Some buildings are inspected more often, depending on size. This lets us learn about client concerns before they become problems. Your City Wide contact will go over the building with you to make sure you are meeting expectations. This also helps to find other services we may be able to offer to the client – such as floor work, window washing, or pressure washing.
Guaranteed Payment on the 10th of the month!
We do the billing. We do the collecting. You get paid no matter what! If the client’s payment is late, you still get paid on time because you performed the service. You will be paid on the 10th of each month for all services you provided from the previous month. Just submit an invoice to City Wide, instead of to each building!

Next steps after you complete that short application are to schedule a Zoom call that way we can put faces to names and have a quick 20 minute discussion where I can share some additional information about City Wide and such!
During that Skills Assessment, you will meet at one of our accounts with yourself and at least 1 other person from your crew to ensure your company has the necessary supplies, equipment, and experience to work in a commercial facility
After completing the “Skill Assessment” (as long as everything went smoothly), we will set up a time to meet at our office and that meeting will cover more specifics like invoicing, account walk-throughs, our Operations contacts, etc.
*This waiting time can vary based on volume of business that City Wide is bringing in. Can fluctuate
After completing a building walk-through with the FSM for the account, if you are interested, you will be asked to submit a “Game Plan” for how you would attack the first week in the account. After at least 30 days of good service, you will become eligible to be contacted to receive another CW account.
At this point, your company most likely does enough in business with City Wide! At this point, we offer to extend our National Discounted Pricing options to your business! To do this, we allow you to order Supplies and Equipment from us, and in some cases depending on the price of the product and your tenure with City Wide, we offer financing options!
